          Choosing the right hammer is largely determined by the type of application, hole size, and type of rock formation. Ideally, the size of the hammer should match the required hole dimension as closely as possible, leaving just enough space for cuttings to evacuate the hole efficiently.

 

          TD40N (COP44 G Valveless) DTH Hammers are purpose-matched for all rock types and applications where high performance and low total cost per drill meter are the main criteria. The standard design is a suitable choice for production drilling in quarries, shallow water well drilling, and underground blast hole drilling.

  2. 1. The multiple threads are CNC machined to achieve a high level of accuracy allowing ease of breakout and makeup of Drive Chuck.
  3. 2. The Drive Chuck is heat-treated to maximize the life and maximize drill bit life.
  4. 3. Hammer front structure design: When pulling out the hammer, the last impact of the piston would fall on the step of the piston case, ensuring the safety of the driver sub splines and the retainer ring.
  5. 4. Piston case is made of superior alloy steel to provide the longest service life possible.

DTH Bit and Driver Sub

Bit Shank with 12 splines and Hard Faced Driver sub to optimize the Wear Resistance. The TD series is designed to eliminate the blow tube/foot valve from the drill bits "Tubless Technology".

 

Cylinder

Hardened and Heavy Duty Wear Sleeve for optimum resistance in abrasive conditions and increase the Hammer Life.

 

Piston

The robust no ported Piston design increases Impact Energy on Drill Bit and improves Drilling Performance.

 

Choke System

The TD series DTH Hamers are equipped with a Choke System that allows the driller to adjust the volume of air through the hammer to optimize cutting evacuation and drill under a column of water.

Air Flow Chamber

The Innovative Air Flow Chamber optimizes the air expansion and compression, by minimizing turbulence and reaching great Pistion blow frequency, more penetration rate than 25/30% with lower Air Consumption which means lower fuel costs per drilling meter.
